Carmichael Residences designed to meet the demand for high-rise living in Tardeo, Mumbai, a neighborhood renowned for its historic bungalows and lush gardens. The 21-story structure integrates greenery that cascades down its overhangs soften the building's bold lines, blending with its cedar facade that adds a touch of warmth. This not only provides natural shading to the interiors but also crafts a distinctive silhouette for the building. However, the project posed several challenges during the shoot. The locality's stringent security measures and the dense urban fabric made access and movement difficult. The limited visibility from the narrow streets presented intriguing obstacles in capturing the essence of the building. This project enhances the skyline of Tardeo and also adds to a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing high-rise living in Mumbai.
